Patients can address the specialists of TOPMED Medical Center both by direct payment and based on referral tickets issued by family doctors or specialists in contractual relations with the Mureș Health Insurance House.
About contracted medical services with the Health Insurance House:
The medical services contracted with the health insurance houses (family doctor, specialty outpatient, medical analysis laboratory, radiology-imaging) are provided based on a telephone appointment or by other means, as the case may be, made at least 24 working hours before the desired date.
If the patient cannot respect, for justified reasons, the scheduled date and time for the provision of medical services, they will notify the medical office where they were scheduled, but no later than the day before the established appointment. Exceptions to this order:
a) medical-surgical emergencies;
b) medical offices operating in rural areas, in localities where, due to the lack of necessary technical means, it is not possible to make appointments by phone or by any other means;
c) paraclinical medical services recommended to patients who have a presumptive or certain diagnosis of an acute condition on the referral ticket.
