Rules of conduct for visitors
Starting from 15.03.2020, access for visitors to Topmed Hospital is prohibited.
Visitor access is based on an identity card or other identification document.
The maximum number of visitors allowed per patient is two.
It is forbidden for persons with symptoms of infectious diseases (especially respiratory viral infections, acute diarrheal disease, eruptive diseases, etc.) to visit patients.
Upon entering the ward, visitors will be provided with protective equipment by the hospital: gown or cape, shoe covers, and in intensive care, hemato-oncology wards, also mask and cap.
Visitors must use the marked circuits and access routes for visitors.
Visitors must not cause patients to leave the hospital premises in hospital attire.

Instructions from the attending physician regarding permitted foods must be followed, depending on the specifics of the condition and the diagnostic or treatment procedures applied.
It is forbidden to bring perishable foods (creams, ice cream, homemade eggs, homemade milk, etc.) into the hospital.
Visitors must follow the instructions of the medical staff regarding measures applied in special epidemiological situations (quarantine, etc.).
